Got a new , started having issues, went back and got a new phone. Was handled pretty quickly and nice customer service. If only there was a way you could just call the place directly instead of ending up in an automated recording limbo.

Came in to grab a phone for father in law. Unfortunately we had to leave before any transaction could occur. My kid needed to use the restroom but we were told restrooms were not for customers. All inclusive bathrooms do not include customers or kids. Difficult situation for everyone.

I use to love Verizon but they’ve priced themselves out of the market for us. I’ve been a customer fir over 10 years and never get any new deals, unless you want to add a new line. I just cancelled and not only do they not prorate usage and give a refund for days not used you have to pay for the full month…. crooks
