Lady with curly hair in this store is super rude and unprofessional. I work in a company where we use Verizon with all our work phones and my intention is to have a phone upgrade. It was raining and she asked to wait outside which I understand because of Pandemic. I specifically told her what make nd model I am planning to get. She asked me to pay the remaining device balance upfront using Verizon app, which I did. When I am ready to get the upgrade, she yelled at me saying we don’t have that device anymore! I told you! I am very upset about her behavior. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name as she did not introduce herself at all. She is very unprofessional and rude.

The lady asked me to wait an hour outside while it’s raining. I would understand that they want to limit people inside due to Covid. She told me that I needed to pay outstanding balance over the phone/online (which Idid) to get a phone upgrade. Cane back to her and yelled at me saying they don’t have the device anymore. Super rude and misleading.
