We were in the store today to get my husband a new phone. The sales associate Elijah was on his feet as soon as we walked in eager to help us. He know his specs on the two phones we were interested in. They were the LG Stylo 5 or the Samsung galaxy A11. If he did not know he went into the phone to find the information we needed. He went above and beyond for helping us. We ended up getting the Samsung Galaxy A11. He helped us set it up and then created and sealed the customer and sales associate relationship with a wonderful and educating conversation for himself and us. We have been customers of Cricket for about three or four years now and this is only the second time we have had this level of interaction with the sales associates there. Elijah keep up the amazing work! We look forward to doing business with you again!

If you EVER need to visit a cricket store this is the one you need to come to. These women up here went above and beyond to meet my every cellular need. They saved me so much money, explained everything with great detail, and all with the upmost politeness. They literally gave me so many discounts it made my jaw drop.
