Really clean Verizon. Covid safe. They really clean that place and they help you . You just have to be patient in waiting your turn.

Dude alex that works here is a great team rep. Lady that meets you at the front door makes you not want verizon as a service provider. As soon as they sell you their product, thats where their service ends. Having trouble with your phone? Call Geek Squad or apple(though i dont have an apple phone). Not our problem. Our only reason to be here is sell you product and bill you for that product. Not to help you when our product we sell doesnt do what we sold you on that it will do.Not to mention she lied to my face and tried lose alex commission.

Possibly the best Verizon store in all of Los Angeles. I am never here for longer than it should take, and every single staff member greet me or at least make friendly eye contact any time I’ve visited this store. I don’t know any of these people yet they are always SO nice to me.
