Nice enough people but they don’t know the products very well.

I came here yesterday to return some accessories and purchase a new phone case.

Came to the store to switch my Android for an iPhone. Every moment was unsatisfactory. The greeter couldn’t wait to hand me off. My dedicated associate had no interest in selling me a phone and couldn’t wait to get rid of me. I was asking for advice on which phone to buy – clarifying I don’t know much and was given almost no information. At no point was I invited into the store (it was empty but for five chatting employees). As I wasn’t an authorized user on the account, I was sent home and encouraged to buy online. I did. I came back two hours later to pick up my purchase and was immediately invited in, handed the bag and asked to leave. I had to ask for instructions on how to transfer my data. My parking was not validated. I was never told I wouldn’t receive a charger or headphones with my brand new iPhone that I’ve never had before because I’ve always been an Android user – which I’d said many times at this point. Still not sure how to trade in my old phone, will not be asking this store for advice.

Don’t waste your time. Not helpful at all. When I called customer service prior to visiting the store, my account was notated with current promotions. When I arrived at the store, the woman couldn’t pull up any of the correct info linked to my account. ALSO tried to upswell me a different phone and said my trade in value was $100 less. The store is useless.

Horrible service! The woman with glasses in the front was uncaring and mean. She gave me my pickup order and was rude. I had an issue earlier that Verizon told me to ask about and she was like oh you shouldn’t have done that and that is going to be hard to fix, when it was Verizon’s fault! I asked her if I can activate my phone in the store and if they could help, she said I would go home and do that. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.
