After having a very NEGATIVE experience at the Agoura store on Kanan, I left to find another T-Mobile store and was thrilled to meet Brandon and the team at the Janns Marketplace T-Mobile store.Not only was Brandon incredibly professional and helpful, but he was patient with us and helped us get the best deal possible while also making sure we got exactly what we were looking for.If you are a Sprint or T-Mobile costumer, I would highly recommend going to this store for your next in store visit.
