I came into this store because the closest Verizon store to my home had limited stock on iPhone 11 (I didn’t want to purchase a high end phone after my XR had a mishap and was broken beyond repair). They told me they had 11’s in stock. The previous store had told me there was a $300 incentive on the older 11’s and an awesome deal on trade in (even if your phone is broken). These guys told me there was zero deals. Not only that, the manager came out and said “Yeah, that can’t be traded in” without even acknowledging me as a person, let alone a 20 year Verizon customer.I went back to the non-corporate owned store closer to my house, and the awesome staff there not only helped me get a new iPhone 12, but helped lower my motherly bill. These guys were amazing.Avoid this location like the plague.

EG location – Poor customer service. Employees are not up to date on tech knowledge. Ended up leaving without purchasing what I wanted.
