In our onsite bottling facility we bottle our Distilled and High pH water in 3 and 5-gallon bottles for weekly delivery to our customers throughout the county. We also service, repair, and install residential reverse osmosis systems and water softening or conditioning units — for purchase or rent. I’ve been very impressed with the service from Ventura’s Water Store. I rent both a softener & a reverse osmosis unit. As a senior, I particularly appreciate the salt delivery. A bonus is that when they bring the salt they add it to the softener. No lugging heavy bags of salt from the grocery store any more, & I always struggled with lifting the bags & adding it to the softener myself. A personal reason why I appreciate this company is that the business office has worked with me during financial hardship. These are compassionate, kind people that run this company. I highly recommend Ventura’s Water Store. Thank you very much.

Very good water price and quality. We are going for almost three years and very happy with water Kiosk.But, I had a bad experience on Memorial Day. I insert $5 and machine was out of return coins. I think, Ventura Water Store should plan about it and so many customers loose their money.Hopefully, Owner will took care of it. (Just small one bad experience, remaining are good. 🙂 )

Beware, you must have your empty bottle out in the morning of the delivery or else they will not deliver a full bottle. When I spoke to the customer service person she said it’s stated in the contract. I guess I didn’t see that so my bad.My complaint is that I just started this service (this is my 1st delivery after initial set up), and nobody, from my first inquiry and the subsequent communications, made mention of this. You know like, by the way, you should remember to put your empty bottle out.You’d think something like that could be brought to the attention of a Brand New Customer!
