I absolutely LOVE that Upstate Cookie Shack drives to so many areas for people to be able to pick up! I’m trying not to order them every darn week. The cookies were fantastic, even though my sugar cravings stopped existing not long after picking up and some sat for a week until I touched them. Every single one my husband and I have eaten has been phenomenal. I remember when we picked up and my husband thought I had ordered so many cookies because the box was so heavy, but in reality I only ordered 6. They were THAT big. 10/10 will order cookies from here again!

We did takeout. Ordered ahead. Cookies were yummy. Only bummer was one of the cookies I had ordered ahead online and paid for, was out. They substituted it, but it didn’t make sense to me that they didn’t set aside the cookies that were ordered ahead. The bag with my name on it was behind the counter but empty. They only filled it with the cookies I ordered when I came to the counter. I arrived only an hour after they opened, and the order form said anytime between 11&4p !? What would have happened if I had arrived any later? There was a line too…
