I read all these reviews and thought to myself, there is no way they are this bad. UPS has to hold them to some sort of standard just in using the name. They went above and beyond making everyone’s negative posts a reality. Why have an expected delivery date at all? You should just say (Delivery Date Probable, but not guaranteed) Maybe change the company direction to meteorology. They’re always wrong also. Does UPS stand for Utterly Painful Service? Ups can never find my house but I can get shipments from fed ex and they never have a problem with finding my location. All this week I have had fed ex ship my package. Ups has since july 22 that they can’t find my house. A next day delivery has turned to a whole week delivery. When I called they want me drive 40 minutes so I can go get my package from a ups office.

Drove 40 miles to drop off a package and they were closed… Update on here PLEASE. Absolutely despise companies that do this. Closed on Saturdays, so why put that you’re open.
