Was looking for 2 packages that were due to be delivered today. By 4:30 they hadn’t shown up. I stopped at this location in Cortland and the girl at the counter hunted down the packages, notified the driver who had them in his truck, and then called me when he was back at their facility so I could pick them up. Best customer service I have ever gotten from UPS!!

I had an Amazon package deliver on 02/24/2021 and instead of driving up the driveway to the house like they have been doing for the last 15 year they left my package half in the doorway to the kids bus stop building near the road , over 150 yards from the House, we felt lucky no one stole it. I’m not sure why this was done, we hope they don’t do it again, but can’t get a real person to answer the phone anymore.
