I went in to do a naval piercing and a nose piercing. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My nose piercing was fine but my naval piercing did turn out slightly crooked. I will have to remove the jewelry and wait for it to heal for four weeks before I can redo it. I really did appreciate the kind staff but mistakes do happen. I called and they were more than understanding. They fully refunded me and offered to repierce once it fully heals and I did appreciate that. I still would recommend the shop to friends.

Everyone is amazing at Mom’s! Friendly and chill environment. My second tattoo by Eric and I am hooked on his work! That he could take the grainy photo of a sticker of my home state tree and create this tree and the clean lines of the elvish script for the word inimitable and create this tattoo for me is truly amazing to me!
