Came to get a new pair of shoes to help with for pain after a long day at work. They did a quick gait analysis, and asked questions about what I’m doing at work on a daily basis, and what kind of surfaces im spending my time walking on. They picked a couple pairs of shoes based on my info, and one of them felt more comfortable than the other. They also said there is a 30 day free returns or exchanges policy no matter how’s many miles I put in them.

My son needed proper running shoes to treat and prevent shin splints. The rep that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. She actually watched him walk without shoes and recommended shoes based off of what she noticed and what would benefit him the most. She then watched him walk in several shoes at the same time in order for him to narrow down the one he liked the most. She notified us about the return policy as well. I had never heard of this place but this is definitely a hidden gem in El Paso. Great experience.
