The doors were locked and the employees were inside.

As with all post offices in this country today, they don’t want to help you, they get short with you, they act entitled because they’re a government employee, and they won’t help you in any way! The US government is wondering why the postal service is dwindling down. It’s because they forgotten that they serve the public not the other way around! If they ever get their core values back they might be a better place to do business with as they are the only government entity that provides a service for money.

I’ve reported issues online, by phone, in person & physically inside local office. Also, by email to the postal inspector. Still nothing has been done about the serious problem I have. Most importantly this is a Federal and Government agency or service. My mail now is only managed, distributed, and handled only from the local post office. Physically located at my designated location listed here. Still in not receiving my mail, more importantly any mail including bills, and also government mail. What’s next for me to do in order to resolve this serious issue? Any connects, advice, steps, links or agency feel free to connect me to, comment about, refer me to, or directly connect superiority to myself.

They refuse to deliver packages, but still charge the shipper for the service they don’t provide. This seems to be happening a lot. They’ve refused to deliver the package I sent for my daughter’s birthday. They couldn’t even be bothered to put a note on the door. Lazy. Completely unreliable.
