Hands down the best post office I’ve ever encountered. The office is well organized and clean, the staff is professional, courteous and will go out of their way to help you. Every mail carrier I have encountered here in Troy has been wonderful, too.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They have only been delivering mail to my neighborhood maybe once or twice a week. Some people are waiting for important mail. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Today is the third day I went to this post office for my passport and all three times the only clerk that are able to process the application was not there. The clerk that told me she left early was rude as ever, I had to request a supervisor. The supervisor was very nice and helpful. She called another post office and I was able to go there. She’s the only reason they receive 2 stars.
