My experience with “Unique Flooring San Diego” was awesome! They were very helpful from the showroom to installation and completion! The customer service I received at the show room was great. They gave me all options available to select what I wanted. The installation crews were hard-working and polite and did an excellent job with no delays and completed the installation in a timely manner! I will use them again and highly recommend to everyone!

Prompt, polite, and professional! Very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable in their showroom when selecting flooring for an entire 2200 square foot house. They came out and measured my house the same day. Pricing was great!Fantastic communication and started the installation earlier than planned. The crew were true craftsmen and their attention to detail was awesome to watch. They finished on time without any issues and the floors look beautiful. We had a slab leak and had to have all our flooring replaced. After visiting 4 different flooring stores/installers, we decided on Unique Flooring because of the excellent customer service, fair prices, and prompt scheduling. I am SO glad we went with them. Tony, the owner, is so down to earth and friendly. He genuinely cares about each customer and made sure to check in frequently. If I had any concerns or worries, I could reach him easily and he always made sure everything was taken care of and done to my satisfaction (which is no easy task!). His crew that installed our engineered hardwood was Fred Herrera and his team. They were AMAZING. They took great care with my home, and went above and beyond to help with even the little things. I was so pleased, I again went through Unique Flooring for having my glass tile backsplash installed. Once again, I was not disappointed. The tile guy was METICULOUS, taking the time to ensure a quality, high end job was done. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend them if you want your home project to be handled by honest, professional people.
