They won’t let customers try on clothes, so it took me three trips to get new pants. 1 to purchase. Then I tried them on at home and set the length. 2 to drop them back off for alterations. 3 to pickup again. I wouldn’t have bought pants under these circumstances, but I was given a gift card and needed new pants. I won’t come back until they open the fitting rooms. I don’t understand this ridiculous logic. You can’t get Covid from trying on clothes. Being isolated in a fitting room is WAY safer than going to dinner with strangers sitting next to you, but I’m sure the employees and owners of this store do THAT all the time. I would’ve given 1 star, but I like their clothes.

staff is really rude. fitting rooms are closed and they don’t even allow trying things like hoodies on!!! go and buy online, and also we have this return policy. according to reviews here it’s great indeed
