Ashley helped me with my purchase, she was a pleasure to work with because of her personality, experience, and professional manner. I actually live closer to the Ulta at the Marketplace but I will return to the Northwest promenade store in-order to have Ashley help me with my next purchase

Store is clean well merchandised, only one person on floor at the front, no one to answer questions on floor back of store. Check out line 3 people behind counter, only one checking out customers that are standing in line others kept themselves busy and no one made eye contact with customers in line !!This is brand new store expected much friendlier staff/ service

They were out of stock May 4th, for the birthday promotion good through the end of the month. The associate informed me they could not give me one of the travel size on the store floor and it had to be a special delivered unit behind the registers. No informing me of when they may get more, just a sorry you’re out of luck. They are both travel size, same product. Doesn’t make sense. I’ve been unpleased with this location every time I visit since they opened.As an esthetician that spends a lot and recommends customers I’m extremely disappointed here, continually.
