Employees need new training on how to talk to customers. We were never greeted when entering the store, asked if we had any questions, or if we needed help. Other people were greeted after us. The male employee was too focused on following us around from a distance and watching us the entire time. Lack of friendliness, customer service skills, and overall personality. They need some serious training on how to do their job.

This place is the reason I shop at Sephora.Literally no one on the floor to assist.None of the hair products I’ve bought at other locations, and when I got in line to ask if I was missing it the cashier didn’t acknowledge me, but decided to leave two lines of people waiting so she could go do something else.Super done with Ulta.
