We looked into several flooring companies in the area for our flooring project to replace our carpets with wood/vinyl flooring. We went into Twin Cities Floor Covering to look at samples to determine what we wanted to have installed. The customer service was excellent! We felt like they really listened to what we wanted and helped us pick out a flooring that matched our budget and preferences. Other, big box, stores in the area felt like we were at a used car lot. Those other stores tried to tell us what we wanted and tried to get us to buy products simply because they were trying to move what they needed to get rid of. Twin Citiee even let us take samples home so that we could see what the flooring would look like! That was something that really helped us decide who we wanted to select to do the job. Their crew came out and installed our floors and did an amazing job! I liked the fact that the person that did our estimate was the same person that helped us pick out our flooring and did the installation. I love being able to support smaller local businesses versus big box stores. There is something to be said for the level of care and customer service by a smaller local business. I highly recommend Twin Cities Floor Covering!

Came in our apartment with attitude because our apartment gave is the wrong info and didn’t even know the situation. Then instead of trying to clam things down the main manger just kept making it worse. Then when they left the manager again gave me attitude on something that was not our fault because the apartment manager said they were doing one thing when they came to do another. Only one of the workers was nice to us the rest kept laughing at us because we were so stressed out. Never been treated as bad as by workers as I was by them. When you come into someone’s home and start giving attitude when you don’t know the situation your being so unprofessional, I would stay clear of this place unless you want workers being disrespectful to you in your own home.
