The equipment was decent. My binding broke on the mountain and had to go to the rental place there to get it fixed. The boots dug into the tops of my feet. The best part is that they don’t charge you for the day to travel there and the day back. Still had a good time on the mountain. Next time I’ll probably just stick to renting in town wherever I go.

Great place to shop for ski and board gear in Lubbock. I price shop, but I am always surprised at how reasonable their prices are. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. After researching skis and window shopping for a couple of years, I bit the bullet and bought skis from them instead of ordering online. That was two years ago. I have no regrets. I still bring our family’s gear in for service and get miscellaneous stuff from them even today. Troy’s is the place to go in Lubbock.
