Great store with superb customer service! Kyle thoroughly explained the options of an ebike and was patient with me test driving some. Two days later, Kyle delivered the bike to our home and again made sure I understood how to operate the ebike safely. Now my husband wants one and we will surely get the same service from Trek/Kyle.
