I went in to buy some trailer parts for a trailer I’d purchased from a private party. It needed a tongue jack and three new tires and rims, one of which had a slow leak when I bought it. They were out of stock. I asked the manager, who was checking me out, if they could allow me to use an air tank or a compressor to fill up the tire to get it home; (I had planned on buying three and changing the one in the parking lot). She was very kind and had an associate meet me at the back of the store where he filled the tire so I could get home. Excellent, fast, customer-orientated folks at this Tractor supply. They were GREAT! A+

I was frustrated that employees are trained enough in customer service. I had picked up items advertised 5 for $1. Cashier informed me they were not priced that way since sale was over or I grabbed wrong ones. I took a picture to prove pricing, but between not feeling 100% and being frustrated I refused her offer to change the price for me and left them.

Just left TSC, was there to purchased propane for my RV, but was told that they don’t refill propane bottles if is raining. First of all it wasn’t raining at all, second, I needed my propane refill so my family could eat today. Bad service!
