Ive been to this store multiple times and even though is a high end store it is very different from the rest. With its friendly environment and nice staff you feel like you are one of their regular costumers even if it is the first time you have walked into one of their stores. I love that all the staff speaks Spanish (this is a Spanish brand) because sometimes it makes it easier to explain exactly what I’m looking for. All of the pieces I’ve bought from the store are a great quality and have not had any problem with any of them, if any is from wear. I would say that everything from their bags to their jewelry is very good quality, and if you have a problem with their pieces they do everything they can to help you an repair the piece as soon as possible. Love the brand, love the store, love the staff that is very friendly!
