(Response to owners reply) Serious accusations, slander, defamation of character, releasing confidential client information on a public form.Your response is absolutly repulsive and uncalled for!Groomer shaved my entire golden doodle, nothing left of her face or tail… did not bother to call for owners opinion before making the decision to do away with everything. Very disappointing, she is completely unrecognizable. When my wife tried to call about our disappointment, she was later called back by a hostile and unempathethetic groomer. Some sort of understanding and apology would have gone a long way, yet there was nothing.Terrible customer service, this is not the way to treat customers/people/pets.

So excited about this place I drove from the high desert just to spoil my fur baby on his birthday..I did not have to preorder bone cookies that say happy birthday, they have some pre made and they look pretty fresh..I’ve read bad comments about the customer service but in my experience they treated me kindly
