I’ve been a contractor for years and spend $80k a year with HD. I stopped renting tools with this company years ago, because of so many malfunctioning items over and over. Recently moved to Denton and chose to chance it again with them because of close proximity to my jobs. HUGE MISTAKE! 4 out 4 times the tools I rented would not perform correctly. Took back a tool today only to have the girl running the counter to be unable to execute a refund. 2 managers later and a heated exchange did not result in a satisfactory outcome. The inept and shockingly sarcastic Assistant Manager “Zak” double charged me while fumbling through the refund process. After reviewing my bank account, I discovered 2 identical charges for the same item and only one credit.Rudest team I’ve ever encountered at a HD. And that’s saying something.DO NOT GO to this location! You WILL be disappointed.
