I bought a steak tonight USDA choice beef porterhouse. This is the worst meat I have ever bought in my life. I also bought a t-bone that I have not yet cooked, but I have to say this is the most terrible steak I have ever bought what happened to your purchasing department. I will be returning this and I expect my money back. I will update everyone on the outcome. Cross posted. I love steak. I have never got bad meat from Tom thumb. This steak is not rotten. This steak was prepared well. This is unbelievably bad steak. Please don’t buy anything within the same time frame of this bad cow diseased cow. I don’t party or do much in life, but I just expect good meat when I purchase it. This really ruined my whole weekend. Ugghhh!!! I feel so violated like someone stole from me. I can never get this night back.

I have been coming to this store for years now. Overall great store, in a very convenient location for me (as well as anyone needing to make a quick grocery store stop while riding on the DART bus route through the eastside of Plano). Clean store with great customer service. The employees are friendly and always seem as if they actually like coming to work and I have yet to come across one that seemed to be there to do the bare minimum just to get a paycheck at the end of their week. Only issue I would say that has come up within the last maybe 6 months is that they I think they could do a better job of restocking inventory for some of their beauty and cosmetic products.
