As a Designer I look for trade professionals that take pride in their work and are recommended by others. Tom Jannace Roofing did not disappoint! Tom called me back promptly, gave my husband and me an estimate and worked with us, expediting a date as soon as he had an opening. He never pressured us with sales-speak, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Tom and his crew showed up on time, were very polite and attentive to all the details involved. The crew of men ripped off the existing roof, replaced with the all new system and shingles, and cleaned as they went along. When they at the end of the day, you would never know they were there, since they left absolutely no debris behind. Tom was also able to include new gutters and leads through one of his industry partners. We are very pleased with our new roof, and especially happy we selected Tom and his company for the job.

It is with the utmost confidence that I highly recommend Tom Jannace Roofing for any roof related job. He is reliable, responsible, responsive to calls and emails and he is respectful. Therefore, he is easy to work with. I have used his roofing company in years past and knew when I had a major issue with my existing roof that he would be the go to person. His proposal was fair, his work ethic outstanding and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with expertise knowledge made deciding on Tom Jannace Roofing a stress free decision. My roof was damaged beyond repair and a new one was needed. Tom, spoke directly to my insurance company, when needed and provided whatever information ( pictures, videos) that were required by them.
