I had a fantastic experience with Tire City and highly recommend them to you! Great…prices, customer service, employees, products, etc. Truly one of Montgomery’s best businesses!Background: Jerad (owner) was exceptionally helpful when I called in to get a tire quote. He listened to what I needed, gave me a great price, tracked down the specialty tire I requested, followed up by phone, and provided great advice. His price beat Tire Rack, Firestone, Wes Cook and Simple Tire. It was quite evident he understands how to deliver customer service, is extremely knowledgeable about the tire and auto service business, and really cares.George (manager) was fantastic in getting the work coordinated. In fact, when he saw me drive in, I could see him start pulling my tires. Duke was great installing the tires to perfection. Chris offered a lot of (free) advice on how to take care of some other issues on my car.It is tough to find people that are this good and trustworthy. I’ll be back to have some additional work done by Chris. Thanks a million!(see attached photos)
