Horrible customer service experience , today we were helped by a very unpleasant and very unprofessionaly behaved young male cashier. He had a bad attitude when we asked for discount for display model shoes as suggested by their employee he answered in a very immature rude tone I can sell you these he was very bothered to check for online delivery then he snatched items from counter in a rude manner I guess some retail employees this day and age forget that they are getting paid to do customer service and who is paying their bills end of the day which is customers. Product selection was ok some items are little pricey some were ok, but Tillys definetly need to retrain their staff on basic level of customer service and professionalism otherwise they will loose more business in the future.
