Angel is wonderful! He is knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, and honest. He was able to come out the day after we first called. Angel diagnosed the problem we were having with the freezer section of our KitchenAid, replaced a worn part, and put everything back together in about a half hour time frame. The cost was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Tikal Appliance Repair!

Angel was GREAT! I called and explained the issue. He told where to look for serial and model numbers and said he would get back to me with quote. Within minutes he texted me back with a quote for repair. I was able to schedule for next day.He called 15 minutes prior to arrival. Walked my boyfriend through what he was doing, even showed him the old, damaged part. He was super knowledgeable, fast and price was so reasonable!We’ve been using it all day.
