I bought a glass hookah from them I guess is their brand and for 2 times I went there to fix the problem i had wit the head and the glass pcs were not fiting right they gave me one of these apple on top style heads for $20, I went home again tried it again the pcs are not right, They are very rude and don’t want to accept that heir products is messed up and low quality. I wasted my time and money and a few days later I heard something like broken glass I looked back I saw the hookah just broke into 2 pcs . I did not touch it and I did not use it at allll. it was sitting on my desk because i was not able to use it and they didn’t want to return my money. I can’t believe how ppl are doing business these days and how they make money from selling trash. Look at the pics.

OMG the worst people I have ever seen unbelievably the worst customer service that I’ve experienced. I live in California and in LA I know how rude people can be but these guys are the worst I would not set foot in that place if you paid me Take one look inside and you’ll see nothing worth spending whatsoever I don’t know how these people are in business there is nothing in their store worth buying I am so sorry to leave such a bad review Im a nice buyer but they do deserve it.
