Loved going to buy wigs for costume events. I purchased them from Ingrid for about 2 years. I would always purchased two at a time. (over $600 each time). The last time I bought two, I trusted that they would be high quality as the others were. One of them gave my forehead blisters, as Ingrid trimmed it incorrectly by the lace. She was very rude when I asked for a replacement or refund. She said this is costing me money. I told her I am sorry, but it is the only wig that has hurt me. She didn’t care. She ONLY cared about the $350 she would be losing. She finally refunded me but told me NOT to shop there anymore because I had the issue. She said when you leave the store with a wig, it is yours and NO refunds. I told her THEN SELL QUALITY WIGS WITHOUT ISSUES. DO NOT shop there. She acts nice, even provides a hug when you look great. But reality is, she is a nightmare. I am warning you. DO NOT trust her nice greeting. If you have issues, she doesn’t care.

Ingrid is amazing. So helpful and friendly. Might be good to call ahead and make an appointment. She helped me as a walk in but when an appointment came in and a couple walk ins came in she told them she needs to cater to her appointment client first. Super knowledgeable, great selection, and styling of wig once bought. Note $45 try on fee that goes towards purchase if you make one.
