Impressive ability to underperform already low expectations.I’ve never had something so simple become so complex, every single time. Home of the thousand yard stare and “I don’t know”. Don’t come here for solutions. Unless you absolutely must use UPS (in which case, pick a different store) I’d recommend the FedEx down the street, they’re great.
