Neena doesn’t understand Live Scan. She wouldn’t accept my current passport, even though this is acceptable (knowing this, working in HR). I had to go back and forth to this store only to be turned away. I had to THEN go to a place that actually understood the live scan process and got it done.Complete waste of my time.
