Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality The staff at this location was very professional and accommodating. My service advisor, Darrin, kept me informed the entire time they had my car. It felt great not having to call them for updates. My car was completed on earlier than expected and it looked immaculate. I would definitely recommend this Caliber location.

Got rear ended took my vechile to get an estimate and they were super nice and very detailed. If your car has previously been worked on and they did it half a** they will not work on it. I completely understand the reasoning. They stand behind their work 100%.

At first everything went well.The team was very receptive and helpful.I got the car back early but there were some follow up items pending (parts). Now had I known not having all of the cameras and collision sensors not calibrated when I took the car I would have left it there and kept the rental car until it was completed.Since I received the car back, I saw State farm sent the final payment but the car was not done. I had an appointment for 8am Tuesday morning to pick the car back up and make the final repairs. I was told 4-6 hours max to make the repairs. I work nights and only have 7 hours at home before I need to leave for work again so planning of this was important. The pickup happened 1 hour late after it was scheduled and I was guaranteed it would be back before 5pm & the car was never returned that evening.I had no communication about the car and there was no one answering the phones at the site.I had to miss a day of work and was held accountable for the first time in my career for missing a day. I am a manager at my facility leaving 40 team members without supervision. I also lost a vacation day to cover my time which now screws up my vacation I have planned in June because I now do not have enough time to cover the full amount of vacation days.So now not only have they messed up one day of work I now have to alter my future vacation which is going to cost me more money to change the flights. I was asked if they sent a note to my employer if it would help like we are still in high school.I only get 2 missed days of work before I would be fired so missing another day during my scheduled vacation ends my career.I was also told I am now on hold for my promotion for one year since I missed this day of work.All of this BS because this facility got paid already and the customer didn’t matter.No apology can fix this mess and I will never use this facility again.Someone at this facility needs to be held accountable for letting their customer down.
