Staff is obviously worked and the manager absent, but

He might recognize that I too am a customer who pays UPS for services.

Constant problems with their staff being rude, not delivering mail, not doing their job and trying to up charge for unnecessary services.

Unfortunately the one employee knew nothing about the printing service in the store and did not try to help me out. She literally said “I don’t know” and left me to figure it out. I spent $3.50 for nothing. Terrible service

After waiting in line for 30 mins for a notary, we were told the notary book was full and they couldn’t help us. Asked when they’d get a new book, we were told that they’d have to wait for the manager to get them a new book. Curuous the manager doesn’t monitor the number of signatures in the existing norary book so this issue doesn’t happen. Curious the clerks didn’t know when the manager would be back into the store.Signage letting customers know the notary isn’t possible would be a nice touch too.Staff is obviously worked and the manager absent, but
