The staff here is always so friendly and easy going (and efficient)! Even when there is a huge line, it’s like a magic trick watching these team members multi task and help every customer.I always feel pleased with my experiences here. Literally the only place I go to (and feel I can depend on).I also appreciate how professional and quick Tony and Eric are. They always greet everyone and do a great job managing all the incoming customers. I always feel they have my back when I’m trying to get a package out.It’s almost like a small community this team has built. Like a coffee shop feel. Really enjoy doing business here. They’ve changed my perspective entirely on the UPS brand as a whole.I haven’t gotten the chance to work with all the staff yet, but I’ve had such positive experiences thus far I’m sure they’ll all be great.One note for future customers: parking around it is not super great, so make sure you have some patience or eat a protein bar before you come so you’re not grumpy. The team here will definitely takes care of providing you great business though

I love this UPS store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The prices to print are much better than kinko’s FedEx even other UPS stores in the area. Super easy to drop off Amazon returns. Great prices on PO boxes as well. I definitely recommend this UPS store.

Woman behind the counter was very helpful in assisting me with a print job. After I picked up the documents I went to exit the store and a tall balding man yelled after me, across the entire store, demanding that I pay for the print job. I had already paid and was holding the receipt in my hand. The whole experience was very embarrassing. Would not recommend this store unless you like being accosted and accused of shoplifting.
