This is the second time I come to this location this week and both time was a long waiting period. First time the notary guy was running late. The girl who’s here in the mornings told me he’s be in around 10:15 later called me and said 10:30 that he was still running late. Today I come in trying to get some papers scanned to email off and she’s not sure how to go about it. Many people are in the store, she is completely left alone trying yo figure stuff out. Customers have literally walked out the store… she seems to be doing the best that she can including facetiming other employees to help her. It’s sad to see that she is left alone to handle the store alone and clearly needs the help and to be trained more.
