This is the worst UPS store I have seen. After the lady scanned the shipping label multiply times and got the green light (accepted), she still wanted me go back, call the company to get a new label. She said I have to pay $11+ for another label if I don’t.When I went to the other UPS Store, the gentleman scanned the same shipping label and print out another one for me right away with no charge.The time was 4/13/2021, around 3 pm.
