I paid $100 to ship an item overnight from this location to another state. The item arrived 5 days later. I called the store to process a refund and they told me the “manager was busy and would call me back.” I followed up with customer service a week or so later and they hadn’t received a claim from the store. I called the store back, at this point for the 3rd time, and was told the manager would call me back. The manager still didn’t call back so I called again and was told the manager has taken care of it. Another week or so went by and I followed up again with customer service and was told that no claim had been filed for me, and the UPS customer service rep had me call this store on 3-way to try to talk to someone because they couldn’t get through on their own. I was told again that the manager would call me back. That was at least two weeks ago and I still haven’t received a call back. I called customer service and was transferred to five different departments and received zero resolutions. I didn’t find out until today through an automated system that after 15 days they won’t issue a refund, which explains why the store ignore me every time I called. Their system and unprofessional and ridiculous. I never overnighted an item before this and Ithought highly of UPS before this experience. You pay upfront for a service they gaurantee and then you’re left on your own to do all the work when they don’t fulfill their end. I guess that $100 was worth losing a long-time customer and my network of people across the U.S. as well as diminishing the standard to which I held this company before. I will never personally ship though them again.

Good located, no traffic in the area! Always enough place to park the car. Associates are friendly and funny. Recommend

BEWARE OF THIS STORE!! THEY STEAL EXPENSIVE ITEMS — Dropped off a iPhone 12 Pro on April 30th with pre-printed label from my cellphone company for return. The shipping type was UPS 2nd Day Air, I got a drop-off package receipt as I always do. A few days go by and there is literally no movement on the tracking number which seemed odd. On Monday May, 3rd I called UPS customer service and explained my concern. The representative says that I should file a claim, I’m like okay but I decide to call the store first. The person I spoke to was extremely dismissive and immediately put the blame on the pickup driver. So, I go on to file a claim – in the claim I stated the above information and uploaded a manifesto of the invoice received from the phone company. I waited 4 days just to get an automated message that my claim was denied due to Insufficient Merchandise Description – I received no call or request for additional information. Now I am stuck sifting through this mess while the employees at this location are nonchalant and dismissive like an $1100 loss is a normal occurrence for people. This is not cool! And extremely annoying when I just spoke so highly of them and recommended their business. This is a pain to deal with and I just feel violated as a customer. Attached is me raving about them a few weeks prior so that it is known I don’t just talk bad about businesses frivolously – I always try to uplift first. I just wish this store lead with more compassion when dealing with issues that arose do to error stemming from their store.
