I was being helped then another customer came in and then I was ignored so that your representative could help her and take her package and look for her claim check. She could not find it called someone to find it. Could not find it. Then I stood there listening to the customer state that it was here and that she could not come in on Monday. At which point I asked if I needed to come back. Customer Service training could help. Oh and I was waiting 15 min for her to help a customer before me to ship several packages. I waited my turn.

We had to find a notary open on a Sunday at 2:45pm, and multiple UPS Stores were available, but all closed at 3pm. We called several and they either didn’t have a notary or wouldn’t stay open any minute past 3pm. We called this one and the lady was super kind and said she’d stay open for a few minutes to allow us to get there. We arrived and she was very personable and helpful. We couldn’t ask for better customer service. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to catch her name until we had already left, so whoever was closing on 23AUG20 went above and beyond to help us get a notary signed.
