Went to this UPS store to find out cost on PO boxes. Explained to the employee that I just needed 1 package shipped. He informed me I could have the package shipped there and then pay a fee depending on weight. Seemed great to me. Gave the address to my wife she mailed the package and then I went twice to pick up the package. It wasn’t till the second time that I was informed that if my wife shipped it USPS and I didn’t have a PO box that they just automatically ship it back. I was never told this when the employee gave me the address or when I came in the first time to pick it up the package where I told him it was shipped USPS. So now I’m out $55 and have no package. Very very disappointed with lack of info.

Horrible place! Employees are not friendly, they don’t know how to greet customers. Email a something that need to be printed. The employees told me that was going to be $2.71 for one piece of paper. That is crazy I have never paid that much to get one paper printed! The most I paid was .75 cent. He said because it was email they charge more. Don’t come here go to Office Depot they don’t charge crazy to email your paper. Disappointed!!! Oh by the way this on military base ….. soldier shouldn’t be paying that much!
