The worst UPS Store I have used. I dropped off a package with them and they didn’t scan it. The package was an IRobot in it’s box. Since this store didn’t scan it UPS has no way of tracking it. When confronted in person they were not helpfull at all. The store has cameras, were it should should show us dropping off the package. The store employee stated the conveniently the cameras only work for 7 days. Since the package wasn’t scan I am sure one of them kept the package. UPS it self wasn’t helpfull either on pushing the store and the store owner to look for it or do something about it. They all made it seam like we were lying. We were not getting anywhere so we were just going to take them to small court. We called IRobot to let them know that the robot we send never made it to its destination for repairs thanks to UPS employees. I asked IRobot to reimburse the shipping fees and we will take this UPS Store to court. I can’t believe what IRobot did. This issues was not IRobots fault in any shape or form. Instead of IRobot reimbursing me the shipping amount they sent me a replacement Robot. I will for ever be IRobots customer. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!
