This is a heads-up about the UPS shop in San Marcos at 415 N. Guadalupe. If you go to the UPS San Marcos website you will find that you have the convenience of setting up an appointment with an expert who will help you print your documents. After setting up the appointment you will get a reminder, not once but twice, about the appointment time and date and place. When you arrive at the correct location at the precise time on the exact date, you will find two young students behind the counter. They will know nothing about your appointment. They will deny they take or make appointments. They will tell you that the printing expert isn’t in, and they don’t know when he/she will be in. If you show them your appointment reminders sent by UPS San Marcos, they will shrug their shoulders. Then they will ask if you would like to complain to the owner and they hand you a card. You call that number, and you get voice mail. It is likely you will never hear from said owner — ever.
