They do notaries for $6!!! Thats a good deal. Other places charge a heck of a lot more. Anyways, I came in with my mom and Usbaldo was very sweet and kind. I read the reviews from others and I honestly dont know what they’re talking about. The staff here has great customer service. I will be back again. Thank you!!!

Avoid this location at all costs. I’m embarrassed to say I read the reviews and continued to this store out of convenience. I agreed to pay $2.50 to simply print a return mailing label. Instead, the machine could not print the label and the computer claimed it charged my card $19.95. I’m told it was a hold and that my card was actually charged $4.98 for the time I spent waiting for help. Nallely tried to help but wasn’t able to refund this erroneous charge. She suggested I call back next week when a manager might be present and able to help. I look forward to a follow up and refund ASAP. My box was not able to be mailed at this location and I had to take it elsewhere. This experience was HORRIBLE.

The employee that waited on me on 4/16/2021 at 0903 was wearing his face covering below his nose. I had to ask him several times to be compliant with his face covering for him to comply. I mentioned it to the manager. There were 3 customers that came in at the same time as me. The tallest one frequently wore his face covering below his nose and sometimes his mouth. Management said nothing.
