If I could leave less than one star I would. The automated answering system is terrible. I wasted 10 minutes trying to speak to a representative, because the automated system would not let me speak to a live person. It kept telling me it needed more information, no matter how much I provided. A BIG WASTE OF TIME. So, I’m going to Fed Ex.
