I have gotten way too many busted products from this place, from pipes that have zero air flow because they haven’t been drilled all the way through to vape pen batteries that dont work out of the box. Just encountered another battery issue with one of the products purchased from their store less than a week ago but they refused to even listen to what the real issue was or replace the charger which was broken. All they could say is that the temperture on the pen was set too high. How that would prevent the charger from actually charging the pen that it came with or any of the other vape pens that I connected it to is still a mystery to me? It will be the last time we go there to waste money on junk that won’t even last a week. There are too many other smoke shops in the area that sell dependable products and treat their customers with more respect.
