This UPS store is very typical of all UPS stores I’ve dealt with. Very poor service or non at all. Any service you get you’ll pay dearly for, but you’re not likely to be satisfied with it. We paid over $100 for 6 months rent on a box. We didn’t get a key for 2 months. We ask repeatedly for a key, because they had changed us for a key deposit. They offer Notary Service, but you have to make an appointment and come back later. They have wasted their last chance. Never again. I’m done with UPS.The owner of this store called me. He was very nice and concerned about the experience I had with his store. I think after having 2 previous bad experiences maybe I was a little over sensitive. I know it can be very difficult to find good, reliable employees.

I had an unexpected experience at this UPS store on Thursday after work. I went into the store THINKING that I had ALL I needed to send off a package. However, upon approaching the customer service representative- Brian- he made my visit to this store seem like I was the ONLY 1 in the store, now, trust me, this time of year CHRISTMAS 2020, I WAS NOT.Mr Brian HANDLED my situation as though it was his own.
