Great customer service. Not the location’s fault, but my package cost about $20 as the least expensive option–more than double what I was expecting. They recommended going to the post office. I would if I had more time, but I was impressed they mentioned the competition just give me the best service.

I walk in and tell them I have a print job from an online order. Guy asked me to provide last name and ID. The store manager Thomas tells me they don’t have it. I tell him I have the email saying it’s ready for pick up. He tell me if it doesn’t have the tracking number then it’s the wrong email. I insisted I show him the email but he declined. I tell him if it’s not ready then why do I have an email. I walked out called customer service and the lady called the store and told me to go pick it up. I walk in, being sure I spoke with Thomas, to pick up order. He tells me that if I would have shown the email he would have known. While I tried to explain to him he just cut me off. At that point I just had to walk out. If Thomas is the type of manager that UPS allows to run a store then I’m afraid of how the employees are. AWFUL service!! Will not come back to here. 9/11/17

Went in and was helped by Mario. He was the picture of professionalism. I didn’t have the appropriate packaging. He found the appropriate packaging and saved me a trip home. Kudos UPS Store. Keep the awesome employees happy!!! Thanks Mario for a job well done!!
